KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Veterans in Kalamazoo County have $75 gift cards being made available to them for either Park Street Market or Midtown Fresh.
The gift cards are being offered by Kalamazoo County’s Veterans Service Office to help people afford holiday meals.
The program will run through December 19th, but county officials say the VSO will not turn any veteran away and if more support is clear, they will look into investing more money in the gift cards.
Veterans need to have proof of veteran status with a DD-214 or NGB 22 form or have a veteran indicator on their driver’s license or state ID.
