KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — The Immigration Service is now confirming earlier reports that Danny Fielding of Kalamazoo is on their radar, and could be deported.
She is being held on an immigration detainer under Section 237 of the immigration and nationality act, until her status can be determined by an administrative law judge.
While she is a legal French immigrant, she was also serving time on a couple of child abuse misdemeanors in the Kalamazoo County Jail.
She was once an advocate for Autism, serving on the board of a local autism organization, until she was secretly recorded on a cell phone by another one of her children, abusing her autistic son and pled guilty.
That apparently has put her status here in jeopardy.
