DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers’ 2026 spring training schedule is out.
They will open up February 21st against the New York Yankees in Tampa.
The Tigers will play 29 exhibition games overall including a matchup with Team Panama, which will be gearing up for the World Baseball Classic.
Opening Day next season is March 26th with Detroit on the road against San Diego, and their home opener is scheduled for Friday, April 3rd against St. Louis.
