I came outside to leave to go get someone that needed a ride home and saw police on both ends of my street plus the 2 side roads that lead to my street along with seeing police from pizza hut on capital Ave n. e. all the way to Fremont Street with lights on BUT NO sirens going blocking roads, going up and down streets, and then had 2 police cars pass me turning on the street right before the Y center coming from North McKinley Rd. with their lights on BUT again had No sirens going I was trying to figure out what was going on in the neighbor hood with ALL the police that I was seeing at the time
