WAYNE TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — One man is injured after falling from his tractor in Cass County.
It happened around 9:15 p.m. Sunday on Roth Road near Dewey Lake in Wayne Township.
Cass County Sheriff deputies say 59-year-old Leonard Phillips from Dowagiac was operating the tractor on his property when he fell off and was ran over by one of the wheels.
He was transported to Borgess Lee Memorial in Dowagiac with serious injuries.
Authorities say alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
