KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Western Michigan University men’s basketball team opens up Mid American Conference action Friday afternoon, hosting Central Michigan University at University Arena.
The Broncos look to snap a six game losing streak against CMU, the longest WMU losing streak vs. CMU in the series history. Western’s last win over Central Michigan was a 83-80 overtime victory Feb. 20, 2018.
Last weekend the Broncos dropped two homes games to Detroit Mercy and Milwaukee to fall to 1-4 on the season. The Chippewas are 3-3.
Tip-off is 2:00 p.m. Friday.
