KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Investigators say they have identified the woman killed in a head on crash in Pavilion Township last week.
21-year-old Bryce Doorlag of Galesburg was traveling on South 36th Street south of OP Avenue around 6:20 p.m. Thursday when he crossed the center line and his Volkswagen Jetta smashed into a Toyota Rav-4, head on.
The victim, 61-year-old Bonnie Davis from Scotts, had to be freed from the wreckage, but she later died from her injuries.
Doorlag was treated and released from Borgess Hospital and could face charges.
The incident still remains under investigation.
