COOPER TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputies are searching for a Kalamazoo woman that struck and injured a man with her vehicle.
It happened around 2:45 p.m. Sunday at the corner of North Riverview Drive and Brackett Avenue in Cooper Township.
Authorities say 27-year-old Jessica Louise Marcon was driving an early 2000’s red Ford Focus when she ran over an acquaintance of hers.
Reports say the two may have been romantically involved.
No other details about the incident were released expect the fact that the victim is hospitalized and in critical condition.
Investigators are now looking for Marcon and the vehicle which should have front end damage.
