PAVILION TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — A motorcyclist is dead and his wife is in serious condition after they were hit by a truck in Pavilion Township.
It happened just before 9 a.m. Thursday on South Sprinkle Road near East S Avenue when 81-year-old Alma Simpson-Lodge from Fulton made a left turn into the path of the motorcycle.
50-year-old Todd Pryor from Climax, the husband and driver of the motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His wife and passenger, 58-year-old Judy Pryor from Climax was rushed to Bronson Hospital with serious injuries.
Simpson-Lodge was transported to Borgess with minor injuries and charges may result in the crash.
Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputies are still investigating the incident.
