KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — An armed suspect is at large after robbing a gas station in Kalamazoo’s Vine Neighborhood.
It happened just after 1:30 a.m. Monday at the Circle K gas station in the 900 block of West Lovell Street.
Kalamazoo Public Safety officers say the suspect entered the store, pointed a gun at the clerk, told them to get down on the ground, and then fled with cash and cigarettes.
A K-9 track was launched but the suspect was not found.
The robber is described as a black man in a dark hoodie with a green coat or vest over it, and cargo pants.
