COLDWATER) – A Fremont, Indiana man has been charged with sexually assaulting a Branch County woman he was sexually involved with while she was allegedly unconscious, and recording it on his cell phone.
She filed the complaint when she heard he was letting others see the video.
29-year-old Bradley Renner is facing charges of third and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct as well as counts of larceny and possession of drugs.
Michigan State Police Detectives also accuse Renner of stealing Adderall, a prescription drug from the woman. Renner was arraigned on Tuesday in Branch County District after being booked at the Branch County Jail.
He is free after posting a $35,000 bond pending his next appearance in District Court.
Renner claims he didn’t show it to anyone, but someone found it on his phone. He denies he drugged the woman and says he is very unhappy that it may have ruined their relationship.
