KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Kalamazoo Township man is injured and the suspect is at large after a shooting in the Westwood neighborhood.
It occurred around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Landing Apartments on West Main Street.
The 27-year-old victim claimed that two individuals that he knew knocked on his door and an argument broke out over marijuana, which led to the gunshots.
Investigators say this is most likely an isolated incident and the public is not in danger.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No suspect descriptions have been released but anyone with more information should contact police or Silent Observer.
