GALESBURG, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Galesburg family will have a merry Christmas after all thanks to officers at the Michigan State Police Paw Paw Post.
On November 29th authorities were called to a Galesburg apartment complex after reports of a break-in.
There a 38-year-old mother said all of her presents she bought for her 9-year-old son were stolen.
That’s when troopers secretly reached out to the State Trooper Outreach Partnership, known as the acronym S.T.O.P., and bought several items that were on little Christopher’s wish list.
They delivered Pokemon cards, a stuffed animal, a Harry Potter wand and other items along with some holiday cheer last Friday.
