BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A 29-year-old Battle Creek man is the latest to get snared by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force at the Michigan State Police.
They say that Jeffrey Oswald has been arrested and charged after they raided his home, seizing computers and hard drives.
The investigation began when they discovered that large amounts of sexually abusive material involving children were being downloaded to a computer at his address.
He is charged with child sexually abusive activity, possession of child pornography and use of a computer to commit a crime.
