DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Gas prices in Michigan are up 12-cents a gallon from last week.
Triple-A Michigan says the average price is now $3.15, up eight-cents in the last month and eleven-cents more than last year.
A 15-gallon fill up costs $47 on average in the state.
Michigan’s highest price is $3.19 a gallon in metro Detroit, and Traverse City’s $3.01 is the lowest average price in the state.
In southwest Michigan, Kalamazoo County has the lowest average price at $3.07, followed by Van Buren and St. Joseph counties at $3.08, Cass County at $3.09, Calhoun County at $3.11, Allegan County at $3.12, and Barry County at $3.16.
