ALBION, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Albion Department of Public Safety, with assistance from Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department deputies, apprehended a felonious assault suspect early Sunday morning.
Albion officers attempted to stop a vehicle with the suspect at around 3:50 a.m., when 27 year old man Sheridan Township man began fleeing authorities. Sheriff’s deputies picked up the pursuit on 27 Mile Road. The suspect then left his vehicle in the 5000 block of Monroe Road and was captured a short time later.
The suspect was arrested and turned over to Albion officers.
