BATTLE CREEK (WKZO-AM) — A 17-year-old is jailed for busting through the front door of the Dollar General on Capital Avenue Southwest in Battle Creek early Monday.
Officers responded to an alarm at the dollar store after 2 a.m.
Police say the suspect was seen running from the scene when they arrived.
He was detained and booked into the Calhoun County Jail on a breaking and entering charge.
