UNDATED (WKZO-AM) — Gas prices have dropped about 11 cents in the past week in Michigan, according to AAA.
The average stands at about $2.29 statewide.
It will cost motorists about dime less than that in southwest Michigan. National fuel watcher Trilby Lundberg has found the national average is even higher at $2.36 a gallon, but the prices are trending lower.
Lundberg says demand has fallen way off because of the weather this January. Whether we are headed that way may be hard to accurately predict,
