KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Some parts of west Michigan could get up to eight-inches of snow as lake-effect snow is hitting the area.
The heaviest snowfall is forecasted for Kalamazoo, Van Buren, Allegan, Barry, and most of Ottawa counties.
A winter weather advisory is in effect through 7:00 a.m. Saturday.
Police are urging people to take their time and plan their routes if they need or want to do any Black Friday shopping.
