KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — Icy roads are being blamed for a pair of fender-benders involving school buses during the early Thursday commute.
Kalamazoo Public Safety says a car rear-ended a bus at Lovers Lane and Kilgore Road just before 7:30 a.m. School officials in Schoolcraft say a special needs bus was also struck from behind at Portage Road and Winters Drive about an hour later.
There were no reported injuries in either crash. Neither bus suffered serious damage.
