KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — Organizers are planning a candlelight vigil on the one year anniversary of Kalamazoo’s Mass Murder later this month.
They want to remember the victims and to launch the new “ForeverStrong Memorial Fund”, to actually build a monument to the victims of this crime and the bike tragedy.
Eight people were shot and six of them died during what the experts say was an unusual mass killing that allegedly took place between the rides that Uber Driver Jason Dalton was providing for customers that evening.
The anniversary vigil will begin at 6:30 at the Wings Event Center on Februrary 20th.
