KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — At the same time that anti-abortion groups are planning protests at Planned Parenthood locations all over the U.S. and in Kalamazoo, a local group called Stand With Planned Parenthood will stage a rally of their own to support the organization’s west side Clinic.
Organizer Michelle Serlin says the Trump administration has giving groups like Right to Life more hope that they can roll back the clock on women’s health.
The pro-life groups will be calling for the healthcare operator to be defunded of all its federal dollars and the money allocated to other providers who can provide the same services.
Both rallies are scheduled to begin at 9 am Saturday at Planned Parenthood on West Michigan Avenue.
