KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Old Burdick’s Bar & Grill in downtown Kalamazoo will temporarily close on December 22 until the fall of 2025.
Greenleaf Hospitality Group says they will renovate the facility and refresh the brand.
The newly renovated Burdick’s will have an expanded dining area to accommodate more guests and events. That will include two new private dining rooms for hosting gatherings and celebrations.
Four lanes of duckpin bowling are also going to be added as it has become a growing trend in Kalamazoo.
Greenleaf Hospitality officials say the revamp to the Burdick’s brand is “aptly timed to be prepared for the influx of guests eager to experience everything Kalamazoo has to offer.”
Burdick’s Downtown will have 348 seats with 11,890 square feet when it reopens. Old Burdick’s at Wings West will remain open.
