Truist lowers prime lending rate in tandem with Fed’s rate cut

(Reuters) – Truist Financial said on Wednesday that the bank has lowered its prime lending rates by 50 basis points to 8%, effective Thursday, matching the U.S. Federal Reserve’s rate cut.
