UNDATED (WKZO-AM/FM) — Six west Michigan Family Dollar stores are slated to close this summer, according to new state filings.
Stores on South Westnedge Avenue in Portage and M-139 in Benton Harbor are on the chopping block. Stores are also slated to be shuttered in Kentwood, Grand Rapids, Wyoming and Holland.
The dollar store chain is expected to lay off 33 of its employees, WOOD-TV reports.
