OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed home invasion Thursday morning.
Deputies were called to the 1200 block of Mt. Royal Drive in Oshtemo Township near Concord Place Apartments for the incident.
A man with a gun forced his way into the home but fled the scene before police arrived.
A K-9 unit was called, but was not able to track the suspect and he has not been arrested.
He was wearing a dark colored shirt and jeans, a full dark colored ski mask, and had a black handgun.
The break-in happened just before 7:45 a.m.
