KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Kalamazoo Public Safety officers say a 44-year-old man has been stabbed to death and they have arrested a 26-year-old male suspect.
Tuan Williams died at an area hospital after he was found unresponsive and not breathing Monday night just before 10 p.m. at a home in the 1100 block of Portage Street.
The suspect was arrested without incident when he was found shortly afterward near AMVET Memorial Parkway.
K9 Echo collapsed from heat exhaustion and was taken to Byron Center Animal Hospital to be treated and he is recovering at home with his handler.
The suspect’s name has not been released pending his arraignment.
