LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — St. Joseph County Deputies are investigating a motorcycle crash that injured a 48-year-old man from Three Rivers right round 5 pm Monday.
They say he was westbound on Hoshel Road at a high rate of speed and failed to negotiate the curve near Lutz Road. The bike went off the north side of the roadway, overturned and threw the cyclist to the ground.
They say he was not wearing a helmet.
He is being tested for alcohol.
His name and condition were not released.
