LANSING, MI — Just a few months after reopening in Lansing near Frandor, Green Dot Stables has announced on social media it has closed again. It appears Sunday June 30, was its last day of operation.
The restaurant has had several closures and restarts through the years. The business first opened in Lansing in 2017. Known for its sliders, the restaurant closed once after it was flooded out. The building was even converted into an entertainment venue – known as The Junction – at one point. That closed earlier this year and the business reopened as Green Dot Stables again.
“Sincerest and whole hearted love and thanks to Matthew, Keshawn, and Ryan who have built and led an incredible team and poured their hearts into this beautiful venue that we’re extremely proud of,” says a message posted to its Facebook page.
The building apparently has been listed for sale. Anyone interested in purchasing the business should contact Todd Kosta at Woodworth Commercial Real Estate in Lansing, according to the post.
