KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Bulldozers have already cracked open the pavement at Rose and Michigan Avenue where “The Exchange” will be built.
The developers and local officials will gather at the site at 2 pm Friday afternoon for the ceremonial ground breaking for the $50-million dollar project, just to make it official.
The multi-use development will include commercial and office space, 130 residential apartments and the ultimate necessity for living and working downtown, several floors of parking.
