PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A Portage Public Schools bus has been in a crash with two other vehicles.
Portage Public Safety responded at 7:14 a.m. Tuesday to the intersection of Milham Avenue and Angling Road and found the bus had rear-ended a vehicle that was stopped eastbound on Milham at the light.
That impact caused the vehicle to hit the third vehicle at the intersection.
A 46-year-old Kalamazoo woman who was driving the vehicle hit by the bus was taken to Bronson Hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Three of the 15 students who were on the bus were released to their parents at the scene.
The crash is still under investigation.
