BRADY TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A motorcyclist was critically injured Tuesday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle that apparently turned in front of him.
The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office says the 61-year-old motorcyclist from Vicksburg was traveling on South Sprinkle Road around 3:45 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle driven by a 42-year-old from Scotts that was making a left turn from TU Avenue onto Sprinkle.
The sheriff’s office says the crash is under investigation and speed does not appear to be a factor in this crash.
Deputies were assisted by Michigan State Police as well as Vicksburg
Police as the intersection was closed for almost two hours.
