PORTAGE (WKZO-AM/FM) — Portage Public Safety says it has identified the person they believe pulled a female jogger to the ground at Lakeview Park on June 27.
They also say charges have been submitted to Kalamazoo County prosecutors.
Investigators say the woman was in a secluded area when she was grabbed by a man his late teens or early 20s. They say he ran from the scene after the victim started screaming.
Police and park rangers responded to the area, but the man wasn’t found.
