KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM/FM) — The husband of a missing Portage woman is back in jail after being arrested for a traffic violation.
It comes after Christopher Lockhart was arrested for cutting the internet, cable and air conditioning lines of his neighbor.
The details regarding Lockhart’s second arrest are, at this stage, not clear. He remains a person of interest in the disappearance of Theresa Lockhart, who vanished over two months ago and is presumed dead.
