PORTAGE (WKZO-AM/FM) — Just seven days after Christopher Lockhart was charged with the malicious destruction of property for allegedly sabotaging a neighbor’s cable, internet and air conditioner, he has been charged with violating bond.
Police in Portage say he was stopped on Portage Road for speeding and failed a field sobriety test. As a condition of his bond, he was told to avoid alcohol.
Lockhart is a interest in the suspicious disappearance of his wife, Theresa Lockhart, who vanished without a trace two months ago this week. It’s a case that detectives are treating as a homicide.
Lockhart has been ordered to wear a tether as a new condition of his bond.
