MILAN (Reuters) – Teleperformance shares fell sharply on Thursday on concerns relating to artificial intelligence (AI) disruption to the French call centre firm’s business.
Two traders linked the drop to a statement by Klarna on Wednesday where the payments company boasted results of its AI assistant powered by Open AI.
Teleperformance shares were last down 14.9% in Paris before being halted from trading.
