KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM/FM) — Court documents claim when Christopher Lockhart was arrested Monday morning for tampering with his alcohol monitor, he had $2,300 cash in his wallet and his passport with him.
That led to an allegation at his arraignment that he may have be trying to flee the country, a claim that that Judge Tiffany Ankley took into consideration when setting his bond at $10,000. She also ordered Lockhart surrender his passport.
Lockhart is a person of interest in the disappearance and possible homicide of this wife, Theresa. The educator has been missing for nearly 11 weeks and is presumed dead.
