KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM/FM) — Christopher Lockhart has entered a no contest plea to charges that he violated bond and was also bound over for trial for interfering with a communications device and for allegedly cutting the cable television and air conditioning lines of a neighbor.
He was sentenced to time served on the bond violations on Wednesday.
Lockhart, who is a person of interest in the disappearance of his wife over three months ago, also filed a motion asking the Kalamazoo County Prosecutor’s Office to recuse itself from his case because prosecutor Jeff Getting was his lawyer years ago on an unrelated matter.
The judge dismissed the motion, saying he doubted the elected prosecutor would be personally involved in such minor offenses.
