KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM/FM) — The soon-to-open Trader Joe’s in Kalamazoo has begun looking for employees.
There’s a hiring event taking place through Friday at the under-construction store near the Costco on Century Avenue.
The California-based alternative grocery chain known for its natural, organic and eclectic foods is hoping to hire around 100 people for their new Kalamazoo location.
The building they’ll occupy has been under construction since April. They’ll occupy around 13,000 square feet there.
The store is expected to open this fall.
