KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Expedia says that Kalamazoo is a hidden gem, one of 15 towns in the U.S. that may have been “under the radar” when most people drew up their vacation plans, but they say has been seriously underrated.
The Travel website picked the 15 specific towns for specific attractions.
Kalamazoo wasn’t picked for its educational opportunities, or it’s higher than average cultural quotient.
We made the list because of the beer, “For a smaller city, the nightlife is energetic and lively, which is no small wonder when you consider the 13 craft breweries in town”.
Does that mean Kalamazoo is a party town?
Boise, Idaho and Springfield, Illinois also made the list among others.
