COLON (WKZO-AM/FM) — Sheriff’s deputies in St. Joseph County say a 6-year-old boy had to be airlifted to a hospital after rolling his ATV.
It happened in the 60500 block of Farrand Road in Colon before 11 a.m. Sunday.
Benjamin O’Connell was reportedly riding up a mound of dirt at the time. The rollover occurred as he was turning sideways on the mound, according to a press release from the law enforcement agency.
His current condition is not known.
