KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Public Safety is looking for three armed men who pulled off a late night robbery at the Sunny Mart on E. Cork Street Saturday night.
Surveillance cameras captured them storming the liquor store at about 10:30, wearing bandanas over their faces and brandishing semi-automatic handguns. One struck the clerk, ordering him to the floor, while another emptied the cash register. They fled on foot.
A K-9 tracking dog lost their scent.
The cameras revealed there was one black male, and two light-skinned or white males behind the bandanas. One was wearing a dark sleeveless shirt, the second an Adidas hoodie and the third a dark colored hoodie.
Public Safety is asking for any help they can get from the public.
