KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department investigated a crash between a 55-year-old driver who they alledge was drunk, and a horse and buggy with six people, including four children on board last Friday.
The 55-year-old in the pick-up was arrested for driving under the influence.
The occupants of the buggy were taken to a Kalamazoo Hospital for treatment. Their condition is not known.
The crash happened in the 5200 block of Correll Road in Leonidas Township.
