KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — A big crowd turned out in Bronson Park for the annual ball drop and fireworks to welcome in 2015 at midnight, despite wind-chill factors that made it feel like temperatures in the single digits.
It concluded another successful New Year’s Fest. Next year will be their 30th annual event.
Groups opposed to police violence vowed to demonstrate at New Years Eve Celebrations, but got swallowed up by the huge crowds and most went unnoticed.
