CALEDONIA (WKZO) — A 65-year-old Caledonia man and his 21-year-old son are facing child pornography charges.
Timothy Guilfoyle had been under investigation for the past three years for trading the material by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. His son, Sean, is accused of working with his father to obtain and trade the material and he’s awaiting sentencing next week for separate child pornography charges.
Police accuse the father and son team of sharing more than 260 images online since August 2011. The two were ordered to stand trial this week and face up to two decades in prison if convicted.
