DETROIT (WKZO) — A former General Motors executive has a new home at Ford. Mark LaNeve will take over as vice president of U.S. marketing, sales and service when current chief John Felice retires on February 1st. LaNeve served in GM’s top sales and marketing role for about five years, leaving in 2009. In a statement, Ford announced LaNeve would focus on creating a stronger retail experience for customers in the new year.
