HOLLAND (WKZO) — An 18-year-old is in the Ottawa County Jail on 200-thousand dollars bond in connection with a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in Holland last week. Davon Walker was charged with manslaughter on Monday. He is accused of shooting 22-year-old Derrick Ruff-Shingles at Harbor Village Apartments on West 40th Street.
