GRAND HAVEN (WKZO) — Police are saying a boy drowned after falling through several feet of frigid water in Grand Haven Township. They believe 14-year-old Carter Dyke was walking on the ice over Millhouse Bayou last night when he fell through it.
The freshman at Grand Haven High School had reportedly been walking to Wesco. Workers tried to do cold-water resuscitation, but Dyke was declared dead at the site.
