HOLLAND (WKZO) — The pilot of a small private plane making a landing at Holland’s municipal airport suddenly found himself hanging from his seat belts after a strong crosswind flipped his single engine plane upside down Saturday afternoon.
The 64-year-old pilot was flying by himself when the mishap occurred.
He was able to get out of the plane on his own.
He was treated for minor injuries at the scene but was otherwise unhurt.
The F.A.A. will investigate.
