LANSING (WKZO) — Michigan is seeing another drop in the number of patients signed up in the state’s medical marijuana program. A review by “The Detroit News” shows the number has dropped two years in a row. Just more than 96-thousand people signed up in 2014, a drop of about 24-thousand people from 2013.
